At Rahiz Kitchen, we aim to deliver fresh, home-cooked meals and frozen items safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver:

  • Fresh cooked food within Karachi only

  • Frozen food items across Pakistan


Delivery Timelines

Fresh Cooked Food (Karachi Only)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 hours

  • Meals are prepared fresh after your order is confirmed to ensure quality and hygiene.

Frozen Food Items

  • Within Karachi: 1 to 2 hours

  • Other cities in Pakistan: 3 to 4 working days via courier service

Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, or courier service operations.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp/phone before order confirmation.

  • Charges may vary based on location and order size.


Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before preparation or dispatch.

  • Once an order is confirmed and prepared, it cannot be cancelled.


Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Rahiz Kitchen is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Traffic conditions, weather issues, or courier delays

  • Third-party delivery service disruptions

In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be applicable.


Food Safety & Handling

  • Fresh cooked food must be consumed soon after delivery.

  • Frozen items should be stored immediately in a freezer upon receipt.

  • Rahiz Kitchen is not responsible for quality issues caused by delayed acceptance or improper storage after delivery.
