Return & Refund Policy

Rahiz Kitchen

At Rahiz Kitchen, we prepare fresh, home-cooked food with care and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with food safety standards.

Order Review & Reporting Window

Please review your order immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue, you must contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Cooked (Fresh) Food Items

Because our cooked meals are perishable and prepared fresh, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The food was damaged or spilled during delivery

  • There was a clear quality or hygiene issue

All claims must be supported with clear photos or videos shared immediately at the time of reporting.


Frozen Food Items

Frozen items may be eligible for refund or replacement only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item arrived damaged or spoiled

  • The product was not properly frozen on arrival

Requests must be raised within 1 hour of delivery in Karachi, or within 6 hours of delivery for other cities, along with photo or video evidence.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items reported late

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address or unavailability at delivery time

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.


Delivery Timelines (For Reference)

  • Cooked food (Karachi): 1–2 hours

  • Frozen items (Karachi): 1–2 hours

  • Frozen items (Other cities in Pakistan): 3–5 working days

Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or courier services are outside Rahiz Kitchen’s control.


Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider delays may apply

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us directly.
